I am back from sojourn into the outside world. I have creamer to help me stay caffeinated as we move into the later hours, and I have chips and cheese dip for a possible snack later.
I’m excited to be back in time for the mid-event survey. Without further ado, here are my responses:
1) How are you doing? Sleepy? Are your eyes tired?
Yes. I haven’t decided yet, but I may take another nap, either this hour or next. Apparently going out into the world to be a functional human, even if only for an hour and a half, is exhausting.
2) What have you finished reading?
So far, just The Passion of the Purple Plumeria. It’s the 9th, and most recent, book in Lauren Willig’s Pink Carnation series, which is part Regency romance, part spy novel, part contemporary women’s fiction. It’s one of my favorite series, and I have been coming back to the Pink Carnation and her cohorts for years.
3) What is your favorite read so far?
4) What about your favorite snacks?
I really haven’t been snacking too much today, but I did pick up and immediately devour a small bag of Peanut Butter M&M’s while I was out, so that’s definitely a preferred snack today.
5) Have you found any new blogs through the readathon? If so, give them some love!
No new blogs for me yet, but I am hoping to have time to stop by some blogs later today. Thanks to those that have come to visit me; I’m excited to visit you back.
